Features: The Ultimate Clutch kit increases clutch pack capacity in Ford 4R100 transmissions two ways. First, Extra capacity is increased with Red Eagle® upgraded clutch components that outperform O.E.M. parts. Second, our Ultimate Kit adds extra Red Eagle® clutches and extra Kolene® steels to 4 clutch packs. Clutch surfaces and capacity are increased up to 65%. All Ultimate Clutch kits add the maximum extra clutch capacity that can be added in kit form.
Plus, the Ultimate Clutch Kit includes a complete set of our premium quality gaskets, rings, and high temperature seals for one overhaul. All Ultimate Clutch Kits contain the finest quality materials for each model year and vehicle application. Our premium kit materials outperform all other clutch kits we have tested and seen. Our kits include model dependent extras other kits don't. Extras include new feed bolts, spare check balls, accumulator and solenoid filters, exterior o-rings and seals, connector sealing, cooler bypass gaskets and new reusable pan gasket.
Compared to our competitor's kits using low quality seals, gaskets and rings, The Ultimate kit's rings, gaskets and seals withstand heat that makes the competition's kit materials become brittle resulting in transmission failure.
When comparing The Ultimate kit to other clutch kits: Other kits advertising red eagle clutches may not add any extra clutches at all or may only increase capacity in 1 clutch pack. They may not include new kolene steels or any new steels. They may also contain low quality seals, rings and gaskets including major brand names that are not low priced. The end result is cheaper materials have a short life span.

"The E4OD That Can" transmission was fully custom built by our staff with proprietary parts and modifications we use exclusively in our Full Custom Rebuilds. We chose to make an early light duty E4OD hold extreme horsepower to demonstrate our rebuilding talents, skills and experience. The E4OD is the first generation electronic automatic overdrive transmission. The 4R100 was based on the E4OD. A Racer X proprietary version of our ultimate kit was among the many custom modifications we made to the E4OD that can.
