This Full Custom Built Stage 1 4R100 4X4 Racer X USA Transmission Features: Hand built craftsmanship, internal proprietary custom modifications for durability with horsepower modifications rated for up to 200 additional horsepower over the OEM (stock) 7.3L Powerstroke diesel engine’s horsepower rating with the OEM R.P.M. limiter intact and unmodified. This stage 1 build includes a full billet Racer X USA®©™ Eagle®©™ series torque converter, Racer X USA designed full extra clutch capacity© in 4 of the 6 transmission clutch packs, Racer X USA designed ultra high temperature© seals, rings and gaskets, Full Float Hybrid Racer X USA Custom Valve Body©®™ for faster firmer shifts, an upgraded gear train, Racer X USA high flo pump©®™, all new sensors and new solenoid pack installed and calibrated (ready for plug in and play use after proper transmission installation is complete and fluid is added to full warm level), stock 4X4 transmission pan and new extra thick Racer X USA ultra high temperature© transfer case gasket. Comes with black finish standard (*cast aluminum or another color of your choice is a $25 option. Photo shows optional aluminum and cast steel case finish with optional hand detailed color finish of cast-in Ford® logo and total performance teal color finish on Racer X USA Eagle®©™ Series Torque Converter), dyno tested with Mobile 1® synthetic ATF.

We can design a full custom built stage 1 through 5 transmission to hold up to your everyday vehicle uses whether your primary use is modified for extra horsepower for high performance everyday street legal driving and towing with occasional towing of maximum CGVW rated loads and occasional high performance off road or occasional part time competition use, or your only use is modified extra horsepower for off road full time competition – drag strip, sled pull, desert, dune, sand, or other racing.

To quote a full custom build price in the correct stage level to meet your needs: We will need your vehicle’s exact and specific details. Please provide the following information: Year make and model of the vehicle, engine size, VIN number, mileage, PTO or non-PTO, *all engine horsepower and any other modifications including transmission, suspension etc. that are currently installed or planned.* Also, list your tire size, axle ratio, 2 or 4 wheel drive, any lift kit or suspension modifications. For vehicles with larger injectors list the flow in CC’s and any nozzle modifications. For vehicles with aftermarket or modified turbos: list your turbo size, specs or turbo modifications. For lifted Trucks, Vans, and SUV’s : list how much lift has been added over stock. For all trucks and vans: Please list the vehicle model. Example: F-150, F-250, F-350, E-350 etc. For F-Series trucks also list your cab size: regular cab, extended cab, crew cab or cab and chassis. Also, please state your planned use of the vehicle: such as every day driver, heavy tow, or competition use. For competition use, list the type: sled pulling, drag racing, off road racing, or any other competition use. Please list any combined uses such as sled puller and daily driver etc. Also, list how frequently it’s used for competition, such as full time, monthly, occasionally, infrequently.

We have provided a very comprehensive list of possible vehicle modifications, however modifications are constantly changing, it’s impossible to list every possible modification or combinations of modifications a vehicle can have. If you have vehicle modifications not listed here, you must include them when providing your vehicle’s exact and specific details. Providing specific and exact vehicle details is essential to ensure our customers receive the maximum performance and satisfaction our finest quality products deliver!
